Sightseeing and Access
Q.Do you have station pick-up and drop-off services?
A.Fixed-schedule pick-up and drop-off services are available.

Q.Are sightseeing maps available?
A.Maps are available at the reception desk. Please ask us if you need a map.
Q.Will you come to pick me up?
A.Yes. We’ll go to JR Kameoka Station to pick you up.
The meeting needs reservations, and time is 17:30 at 16:30 at 15:30 at 14:30.

Overnight Stays
Q.Do any of your rooms have beds?
A.Yes, beds are available in the mixed Japanese-Western style guest rooms and western-style guest rooms.

Q.What time are check-in and check-out?
A.Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
Dining and Cuisine
Q.I have a specific food allergy/allergies. Can you accommodate special meal requests?
A.We ask that guests with food allergies consult with us when making their reservation.
We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs.
Q.Can I eat meals in my guest room?
A.In general, meals are served in the restaurant. However, dinner can be eaten in your room for an additional charge of ¥3,000(tax excluded) per person.
Hot Spring Baths
Q.What health-related benefits do your baths offer?
A.Our baths are effective in relieving backache, stiff shoulders, nerve pain, arthritis, sensitivity to cold, atopic dermatitis, hay fever, asthma, athlete’s foot, high blood pressure, sleeplessness/insomnia, hemorrhoids, diabetes and cardiac insufficiency, and also effective in terms of skin beautification, stress relief and recovery from fatigue.

Q.What time are the hot spring baths open?
A.From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for guests using the day-use plan, and from 3:00 p.m. to midnight and 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for lodging guests.
Q.Can I use the hot spring baths without staying as a lodging guest?
A.Unfortunately, our hot spring baths are not open to bathing-only guests.
