Procurement of Ingredients

We have fresh fish delivered every day from wholesale dealers at the Kyoto City Central Wholesale Market after close inspection. Syoenso Hozugawatei is able to procure large amounts of fresh seafood, and we prepare these ingredients together with locally grown, seasonal vegetables for our guests.
